Puppy Application

 

Please fill out the below application if you are interested in one of our puppies.  Submitting an application will put your name on a waiting list.  To reserve your name in the picking order, a non-refundable $200 deposit must be sent and received.  Puppies will be dewormed, will have their first shots, will be micro-chipped, and we will provide a puppy kit to help with your new addition.  Order of "pick" is determined by the order deposits are received.  At our discretion, we reserve the right to first pick.  Should we be unable to provide you the color or gender you prefer, deposit will be held towards a puppy from a future litter.

 

I will post weekly photos of your pups progress to Facebook and on our website.  Also, as the pups become more active, I'll post videos for you to enjoy.  

 

After submitting an application, expect to receive a call from us within 24-48 hours to answer any questions you may have and to discuss required deposit for reserving puppy.

Balance will be due when you pick-up your puppy.   I will email you a receipt for the deposit along with a copy of our health guarantee and other helpful hints on bringing a new puppy into your home.  (Pups are not sold with breeding rights, meaning, new owner agrees to spay/neuter their puppy at the age of 18-24 months.  Exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis for an additional fee.)
